Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, and comfortable, although there was a slight stench that may have come from mildew or dirty carpet. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was nice, especially for families with kids who can enjoy the pool toys, but it might not be ideal for those looking to explore downtown Palm Springs. The dining options were suitable for families and offered aged USDA prime steaks. Overall, a great choice for those interested in a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service.
I had a fantastic time at the hotel with my friends Alice and Lora. The room we stayed in was super comfortable, large, and spacious, making our stay truly enjoyable. However, there was some elevator noise noticeable only if you slept on the Murphy bed.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had their own lanai with a sliding door, offering a lovely pool view. The full kitchen and washer and dryer were convenient, but it was a bit disappointing that you have to book a 2-bed apartment for a view of the pool and mountain.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and fitted with everything we needed. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Tita and Edwardo who were welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from downtown with plenty of space to spread out. The dining options were great for the family, with fresh-cracked eggs on offer. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's location on N Palm Canyon in downtown Palm Springs was perfect for exploring the area, but the lack of windows in some rooms made the stay particularly uncomfortable at times. The service from staff members like Tita and Edwardo was exceptional, providing a welcoming and accommodating experience. The dining options were limited to hot sandwiches, which might not suit everyone's taste.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms, while clean, had no windows, making it quite uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. However, each room did have its own lanai with a sliding door, offering a nice view of the pool. The service was friendly and helpful, though there seemed to be a lack of communication with the staff. The location, while convenient, was not ideal for exploring downtown areas. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
